Shannon Kula Needs 400 More Signatures in 5th CD.

DC veteran Shannon Kula is struggling to reach the 2,711 signatures she needs to qualify for the August 12th Democratic primary in the 5th CD. As of the end of the day Tuesday, Kula had 2,308 signatures.

At this rate, Kula may not be joining Mary Glassman and Jahana Hayes in the contest for the open seat held by three term incumbent Democrat Elizabeth Esty.
