DeCaprio Qualifies for Public Financing in 48th District Special Election.

The State Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC) has approved Republican Mark DeCaprio for a taxpayer funded grant to his 48th House district special election campaign. The election to fill the vacancy created by the death of popular veteran Democratic legislator Linda Orange will be held on January 14th.

The district includes all or part of Colchester, Lebanon, Windham, and Mansfield.
